-Fixed crash when using "Insert Column Right" on first column or "Insert Row Below" on first row.
-Fixed crash after opening a saved file and clicking on a chart without selecting a stitch first.
-Updated the instructions to only show 1s for knit and purl.

-Changed shortcut for Set Cell Size to not conflict with redo.
